International Shipping
International shipping typically takes 8–15 business days. Delivery to remote countries or cities may take longer. Order processing time is not included.
If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery, unpaid customs duties, failed delivery attempts, or failure to contact the logistics provider, we will refund the product price minus a 30% restocking fee. Customs delays are beyond our control.
Order Fulfillment Time
We ship orders Monday through Saturday.
Most orders will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday.
Order processing time differs from the carrier’s estimated delivery time.
Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet entered the shipping stage, you may cancel it within 5 hours by sending an email to 15119465419@163.com.
Need to add more items? Simply place a separate order, and we can ship all your items together in one package.
International Returns
We are unable to generate international return labels. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
We will not mark items as gifts or undervalue shipments. International buyers are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These fees are not included in your total order amount and are non-refundable—even if you return the product.
Delivered but Not Received
Once the logistics tracking information shows "Delivered", responsibility for the package transfers to you. We are not liable for replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered, including those sent to freight/mail forwarding companies, hotels, homestays, offices, or any third-party locations.
In the event of theft, please file a report with your local law enforcement agency.
